Ciao Backers!
We reached € 30.000, the milestone for the first big stretch goal:
Foil on back on Italia Divina LE!
This will be Metalluxe in case I'll use USPCC or Cold Foil if I'll use Cartamundi. USPCC kindly offered me a physical proofs already. Here is a video:
Metalluxe is hot foil, that impress the card a little like letterpress (but it does not damage the other side). Is very bright and reflective, basically a mirror: you can see your truly's red shirt in the video above :P
Here are some cool pictures:
I hope you're happy with this huge improvement - this will raise Italia Divina decks value a lot and it may influence the post-campaign's retail price.
Uncut Sheets are unlocked!
I have just unlocked uncut sheets. Consider that Divina Uncut will have a side completely foiled now.
If you want a Radiosa or Segreta uncut, add +35€ USA / +€55 WORLD to your pledge; if you want Divina uncut, add +65€ USA / +€85 WORLD to your pledge. If you want all three uncuts, add +100€ USA / +€120 WORLD to your pledge.
Uncut sheets are very rare and almost reserved to backers. If you want those, add them on Kickstarter!
/// Please send me a private message when you add uncuts///
Images of uncut sheets are just renders - the final product will be different.
Courts Explained: Milano
Milano is the capital of Lombardy and one of the most important cities in Italy.
Milano's main landmark is the "Duomo di Milano" one of the best Gothic Cathedrals in the world. The Duomo is the crown of both courts, and it's also a design element in Milano Divina. Other landmarks are the popular "Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II" and the "Castello Sforzesco".
The circular element is the rose window of the Duomo, one of my favourites. I've used it also for Radiosa and Segreta backs.
I've used gold as Milano main color, because one of the symbols of the city is the golden statue of the "Madonnina" (st. Mary) on the top of the Duomo.
Milano is probably the most modern and the least traditional city in Italy, but it has a lot to offer for visitors. Milano is also "my" city, so I love her a lot.
I hope you enjoyed this long update!
A presto,
Giovanni
